We hope you love your LUSTREPOP pieces. If something is not quite right, eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Prepare your item

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Send it back

We will reply with return instructions. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Receive your refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.

Damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will make it right.

For hygiene reasons, opened or worn hair accessories cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
